The
Vagisil® Vaginal Health Initiative is a cooperative effort between
Combe Incorporated, the makers of the Vagisil line of feminine care
products, and a group of leading clinicians, educators, and women’s
health experts organized by Combe to serve as its Advisory Board.
Both
the Advisory Board and Combe are committed to the goals of:
- Educating healthcare providers about the importance and value
of patient self-screening for vaginal infections
- Encouraging healthcare providers to recommend self-screening
to appropriate patients, under appropriate clinical circumstances
- Educating and empowering women to be proactive regarding their
vaginal health
The
Vagisil® Vaginal Health Initiative will
develop and distribute educational tools, publications, and programs
designed to assist healthcare providers and patients better manage
women’s health.
